    You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us immediately at +27 71 239 3331. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes as we begin processing orders quickly.

    Delivery Questions

    We offer two delivery options:

    Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days at R99 (free for orders over R1500)
    Express Delivery: 1-2 business days at R199 (available in major cities)

    Local Sterkspruit deliveries are free and typically completed within 1-2 business days.

    Yes, we deliver to rural areas across South Africa. Deliveries to rural locations may take 1-2 additional days compared to our standard delivery times. For remote areas, we may need to make special arrangements which could affect delivery costs - we'll contact you if this applies to your order.

    Our blankets come in different materials:

    Traditional Wool Blankets: 100% premium wool, perfect for cold weather and traditional ceremonies.
    Fleece Blankets: Soft, lightweight polyester fleece with traditional designs.
    Baby Blankets: Hypoallergenic cotton blends safe for infants.

    Each product page specifies the material composition.

    Wool Blankets: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, lay flat to dry. Do not wring or twist.
    Fleece Blankets: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry.
    Baby Blankets: Machine wash warm, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low.

    Avoid bleach and ironing directly on designs. For all blankets, we recommend professional dry cleaning for deep cleaning.

    Payment Questions

    We accept various payment methods:

    - EFT/bank transfers
    - Cash on delivery (Sterkspruit area only)
    - Mobile payments (SnapScan, Zapper)
    - WhatsApp payments (via secure payment link)

    All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

    Yes, our WhatsApp payments are completely secure. When you're ready to pay, we'll send you a payment link from our verified PayFast or Peach Payments account. These are South Africa's leading payment processors with bank-level security. We never process payments directly through WhatsApp or ask for your card details in chat.

    Returns & Exchanges

    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

    Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on baby blankets unless they are unopened in original packaging.

    To exchange an item:
    1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at +27 71 239 3331
    2. Return the original item (unused with tags)
    3. Once received, we'll ship your replacement

    You'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. If the replacement costs more, you'll pay the difference; if it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
